汇集中、外模具设计理念，从产品设计到整模设计开发，经过多年钻研于2010年开发出一种全新圆弧形翅片模具，冲压次数可达300SPM以上。目前已是我公司成熟技术，并大规模生产。冲制出的空调蒸发器经国家检测属于一级能效的高新产品。

圆弧形空调翅片模具也成为国内国际制冷行业开创新型、高效、节能、环保的空调技术的领路，导航产品。

Our company absorbs the design theory of domestic and oversea moulds, from product designed to entire mould’s design and development, Over decades of research we have developed a new kind of round arc fin die in 2011, the working speed is to exceed 300SPM.At present, as the technology matures we have began to make mass production already. Energy efficiency index have reached the level 1 under the detection of National Quality Inspection Center.

The round arc fin die is a leader of new type, high-end, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection in domestic moulds industry.
